Where does that guy get off? I'm 40 and I've had three Rolexes, and I consider myself a tremendous failure.

I think the meaning of what he said is... "if you can't afford a Rolex by 50 etc..."

In other words, whether you choose to use your money for a watch, boat, charity etc, is irrelevant, point is, you have have enough to be able to choose...

I agree that lots of money $$$ in itself cannot guarantee hapiness, though I believe that having more money enables one to make choices unavailable to those with less.

The choice to work, the choice to travel, the choice of picking your neighbours, helping family, friends or even strangers, who may be less fortunate. Even the choice of better health! Yes, you can afford to eat better, live in a healthier environment and even buy the best medical care. Yes, it's an unfair world, but that is the cold hard facts.

The HARDEST part is having the wisdom to make the CORRECT choices.

Rolex is just material thing, its nice to have one,.but ultimately it doesnt make you happy. Happiness is being content of what you have, being healthy, have great family and believing in God who is the creator of everything,.
