Sub Vs Maxi Marine Diver
Anyone out there have a Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine Diver, and how does it compare to the Rolex Sub?

I owned about half a dozen UN MMD's in different colors, and can definitely say that the UN is much beefier. I love the power reserve and small seconds, magnified date. It has an exhibition caseback, which I like. Also - it can definitely take a beating. Without a doubt, I like the exterior of the UN much better.
Now for the movement - I have mixed feelings. The Sub has an in-house, which is always preferable. The UN has an ETA-base, but it is tuned to COSC specs, which is also awesome. So the movement in the Sub is more exclusive, but in the UN it is more accurate. I probably caused more questions than I answered, sorry about that!

Thanks for the info ... I am thinking of getting a Blue one, if I don't find a Tudor Blue Sub that I like and I have not ruled out a Sea Dweller.
I have have had two TT Subs and currently have a Blue 18Kt. jay |

UN is a great brand. You probably would have been better off posting this question in the "other watch" section though.
