FS: Heuer 1964 Carrera Re-Edition CS3110 Silver Dial Chronograph with Box and Papers

For sale is my Heuer Carrera CS3110 re-edition of the classic 1964 Heuer Carrera 2447D. As detailed in this great article from Calibre 11:

The Carrera re-edition was true to the original Heuer Carrera 2447D in almost every aspect from the 36mm stainless steel case, to the pushers and crown and the dial and sub-dial design. The only real difference is that the original had the text “Carrera” on the dial. Ask collectors today which re-edition TAG Heuer they like the most and its usually universal that the Carrera re-edition is the best. Why? Because it’s the most true to the original.

This faithful reissues matches the original case size of 36mm (not including the crown/counters), with lug-to-lug of 44mm, and lug width of 18mm, and powered by the manual-wind Lemania 1873 (the same base movement as the Omega Speedmaster). As the original versions have skyrocketed in value, the price of these reissues have also risen while remaining significantly more affordable.

This particular example is in very good condition, purchased by me from HQ Milton earlier this year (original sales ad), and it comes with the box, blank papers, and service papers evidencing a complete overhaul just two years ago.

It is mounted on a like new black Veblenist rallye strap. As you can see in the photos below, the only defect beyond normal surface wear is a small 1-2mm ding/chip to the edge of the crystal (highlighted by red circles in the photos), not visible at normal viewing angles or while on the wrist.
