What Oster Perpetual is this?

It's not a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Ref. 6062. What model could it be?

The dial configuration is not Rolex. Look up Damas and Buren moonphase and you will see something very similar.

Most likely a cunning watchmaker trying to make something out of nothing. I mean it looks great and whoever did it did a great job but it did not start life as a Rolex.

I think the movement is a cal 382/383 you see in Buren's from the 40's
