I have had good experiences at Tourneau, South Coast, especially at Patek section in the front. Both SAs there are very friendly.

My only knock on Tourneau is they never have box and papers for any of their pre-owned.

The folks in Boston Tourneau are the best - nothing but the best of experiences with them and consider them friends. Can't speak to any other locations.

I found Boutique at Southcoast Plaza (Costa Mesa, CA) to be very snobby and requiring "purchase history" before they will discuss anything interesting.

That said, I have had nothing but great experience with Tourneau at the Pentagon City Mall. Excellent GM Robin and SA Jack.
