I hope I dont regret with the 36.. I tried it on and loved it. The 41 was a tad too big and was screaming ROLEX.. |

I am only 5’5 and have about a 7.5 inch wrist. I think it wears small on me to be honest. The DJ41 on jubilee wears a lot smaller then on oyster. I think in your situation you could have pulled off both. You have to look at it from a distance to really tell. Up close all watches may seem a little bigger. With your height I probably would have went with the 41 only because it’s 39.5mm. As a pure dress watch the 36 is great but if you wanted a more versatile everyday watch I would have went for the 41. It’s the perfect all rounder. And you can’t be turned off by a watch screaming Rolex when you like me opted for the diamond dial and fluted bezel with polished center links. The jubilee might be a tad louder but the oyster with PCLs definitely scream Rolex too imo lol. Keep in mind a black dial will wear smaller then the rhodium or lighter dials. I agree. 36 is classic and looks great but definitely has a Dressier, yet more timeless vibe. The 41 can pull off casual way more.

Yes, Rolex has a policy for not allowing phone orders. Rolex wants you in the store for reasons mentioned above, as well as for proposing any other suggestive sales.
Some ADs break this rule (aka for known trustworthy customers) but the AD is on the hook if something goes bad. -Sheldon
