Do these 2 blue dials vary?
In Middle TN we have NO Ad’s to shop from.
I want another blue dial DJ, (sold my first one) I’m leaning towards the romans below to add something different to my collection but I’ve never seen one in person.. Is it the same blue dials as on the batons or do they vary? Second Question: Being that I have a sky dweller & submariner; does it make sense to buy a 36mm or 41mm datejust? Leaning 36mm any thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Not sure if they are exactly the same blue but the sticks (with lume) is a little more versatile in my opinion.

Yep.
The sticks are a darker blue than the lighter blue romans. I've had both, but much prefer the romans if this is going to be your "dressy" watch in a rotation with others. If it is a do everything watch, get the sticks. Edit: Here some pics of the roman versions I’ve had, and the DJ41 with the sticks:

Sticks dial is dark blue while Romans is light blue ( also called Azzurro). Depending on wrist size, I'd probably go 41.

It's a little lighter and brighter than the blue baton dial, very sharp. I have a slate roman dial but when I stopped to visit my AD 2 weeks ago he offered me a pick of some new arrivals and I was tempted but had my sights set on something else. It's a Beauty though..

Im not 100% sure about the difference between the blue dials on the current 36 and 41 models. I have the blue dial DJ41 and it looks very different to my uncles blue DJII. His (with the romans) is lighter and almost more electric while mine is darker. The DJ with the baton hands changes color from a deep dark blue to black depending on the lighting.

If you have a Sky Dweller and it fits your wrist comfortable why would you buy a DJ36?
Buy the DJ41 with the stick dial and you will be a happy man.

Azzuro is paired with the Roman Dial. It really zings in the right light. I’m happy with 41 for smart and smart casual. 36 is likely best suited to smart imo.

I think I’ve just got to see this in person before I commit! 41mm. I hope romans, I think that’s dressier.
Now good luck actually finding some in person!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

After I purchased the Roman dial, then I found the same thing. I prefer the darker blue. Now I am trying to sell the Roman one. It is brand new and unworn.
