RM wasn’t widely known or widely worn by celebrities and athletes until about 5 years ago. And they will eventually move on to the next big thing. You won’t get burnt, but you will have a dated watch. It’s like looking at a Roger Dubuis these days, they look so dated from another era.

I personally love those early RD for their creative case design and I love early RMs too. I buy what I like n I seldom sell my watches unless I own more than one of the similar watch or that watch link to a bad memory.. .. .. I know what you mean though.
