Not a value thread.

The wife handles all the large purchases in our family, as she is a bargin hunter and, I have become lazy and usually end of paying more than I should. The wife wanted an upgrade and bought a used 24' 2008 Pontoon with a 115HP Mercury Four Stroke outboard motor. Came with tandum trailer and all the fixings for family boating.

Now the point of this thread. The wife commented that the boat, motor, and trailer costs were just a wee bit more than the Daytona she bought me for Christmas a few years ago. I just smiled and told her that I get to enjoy the watch and the family gets to enjoy the boat. In this case value is purely perception.

I see the value of perception, you have been locked out in the rain with the boat

I'm not much of a boat person, but that looks like fun and the kids will love it!

I'm still trying to figure out how far back you had to stand to get that pic of the boat with the same 700mm lens you use to shoot pics of you neighbor lady

Hell, and I thought it was a redneck bidet? No wonder the neighbours make such a fuss when I sit in the damn thing. From looking at the water you can tell it works.

Maybe you could hang a roll of toilet paper on that thing so you don't have to wait for the family to come home.
