Rolex Datejust 278273-0030 opinion

I am thinking to buy a 31 datejust for my finance. I had couple of men's rolex watches during past several years but never bought any women's.

The AD I usually worked with (not a local AD) did not have that particular watch but they told me they can do special order and ship it to other state for tax saving with $250 preferred client discount. They do have store in my state so cannot be directly shipped to my place.

The other local AD also need to do special order but would like offer me 5% off and ship to other state.

What do you guys think about the price especially rolex just increased the price this year? I am still on the waitlist for the Pepsi with the first AD so buying the datejust from them could potentially bump my position on the list.

I am going to travel to UK this year do you guys think it is worth to go there buy the watch with VAT refund? Not really sure how to check the price in UK though. Any help?
