This bad boy doesn't come up often. The latest edition of the IWC Portuguese Perpetual calendar in white gold and gorgeous blue dial with the double moon. Very limited production and hard to find. I especially like this perpetual because it is very easy to set, you can set it using the crown just like a Rolex, no need for the fussy pushers.
