Incoming... another first Rolex

Turn 40 soon and been searching for a BLNR for about six months at an AD with no luck. A couple days ago I stopped by a local AD and of course no SS sport watches, but this watch caught my attention in the display case. Never thought I’d like a DJ, but tried it on and wow. Really like the fluted bezel with the jubilee bracelet. The AD said they had it only two days and haven’t had one since last September and was surprised it lasted that long. I love it more than I did when I walked out with it two days ago, never had that with any other watch, usually start noticing things I wish were different by now. The jubilee bracelet is the most comfortable bracelet I’ve ever worn, sold me on the BLNR with the jubilee. God help my wallet when I do find that GMT!

I had the exact same experience as you, but didn't pull the trigger. I probably should have and I agree - some of these models you have to see in person and on your wrist. Almost bought the same model you have, but the Rhodium dial. The fluted bezel catches light and throws it back in a special way.

You can’t stop looking at it and be surprised how much you like simply be cause you have on your wrist one of the most iconic “copied” watch design ever made. The DJ is a must have Rolex in my opinion. So classy so versatile. Congratulations, looks stunning on your wrists.
Is it the Rhodium or black dial?

Same AD you expressed interest in the BLNR with? If so, I expect you’ll get a call sooner than later.
