Warranty Card Dial

I have been looking for a complete set Daytona with a specific rarer dial and I want to make sure that the dial was not simply swapped out. I know that older warranty papers from the US have the dial listed, and learned that non US papers did not list the dial. From what I have seen, I believe that all the newer warranties that are on the cards do list the dial that was original to the watch.

I found a set that comes with the older green warranty card, but the dial section is completely blank. Have you guys seen this, and would you be concerned.

Thanks
