I have a SS black dial and TT white dialed one, the white dial is much more legible than the black dial.

Nice pairing you have, casual to semi formal. I’m surprised by you saying the white is better for reading the time but fair enough. Out of my rolexes my tt white Daytona is the hardest for me to read. Overall it’s not bad at all but vs a black date just and ym40 everose it’s the hardest. The ym40 everose I reckon a 100 year old would be able to read the dial.
