Your First Post
Hello everyone. Hope you are healthy and safe.
Tonight I went back through my TRF post history and found my very first post. It was a nice excursion to the past and my evolution as a watch enthusiast . With all that is happening now, I recommend for an evening that you take a break from the current headlines and take a look at your early posts. If you are new to TRF, then take a deep dive into some really old and random posts. Either way it’s a nice nostalgic feel and a needed distraction. Take care all. |

Sounds like you enjoyed your trip down memory lane and that's great, that's what TRF should be all about: enjoyment of the hobby in whatever form it presents itself.
For me, similar to an actor watching themselves on screen or the person that goes through their High School year books often, I have little interest in reading what I said yesterday: it's Today (and to some extent tomorrow) that's far more important to examine, explore and if appropriate, to comment upon. Indeed, the past - history - is vitally important to acknowledge and have a healthy awareness, but I like to look ahead with regard to my life. It's way more exciting and always surprising. I respect your thoughts and by all means: anything that enhances your horological experience is a good thing. Stay healthy and have a nice weekend. Sent from my SM-A520W using Tapatalk |
