Rolex with crown ABOVE 6 o'clock!?

Hi hope everyone is doing well. Could anyone help me? I received this Rolex for my birthday and know it is second hand but am finding a hard time finding any info on it as I haven’t found any pictures of Rolex’s with a crown above the 6 o’clock. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

watch says Rolex oyster perpetual

I will wager it is real. I’ve never seen anything like it, however.

That bottom crown looks like a bad tattoo.

The watch looks real. Most likely its a service award dial for the Hallmark company.

Interesting.

A Oyster Perpetual with a fluted bezel. We’re they ever released that way?

Bezels are easy to swap out. It may have been a special order setup for Hallmark.

A quick Google search for "Rolex Hallmark service award" brings up many like watches with the same dial setup.
