nice pictures of your watches...

How do you get such clear photos? I have tried using my Olympus camera
(10 MP) but it's hard to get a good, clear, pic...

Most of them come out blurry...

Any tips would be appreciated because I would like to add an avatar

tri-pod and good lighting. There is not much else to it.

If your camera has a macro mode, use that and also keep the camera steady. Use a tripod or something else to put the camera on to steady it. Sometimes it helps to put the camera on something, set up your shot then use the timer to take the pic. This way the camera wont move when you press the shutter.

Remove the lens cap prior to picture-taking.

Not bad but still over exposed. You may want to try taking a pic of the watch alone. I think wrist shots are tough. A lot harder to set up in my opinion.

Post the picture in the message or provide a link instead. Avatars are set for a certain resolution which will alter the image.
