I prefer the Oyster bracelet brushed. Go for the Jubilee, it is more comfortable and plays great with light.

I picked up a new BLNR right before my dealer shut down for COVID, and the big factor that drew me to this watch was that with the switch to jubilee it now bears very little resemblance to a sub. With the oyster for me the GMT line simply looks too much like a sub. With the jubilee its a whole different beast.

An updated summary, I would say the majority prefer the original look of the oyster bracelet, but there is a good group of the forum that prefer the jubilee. Either because of comfort or because the jubilee provides some variety from other professional models. I purchased mine because of the difference from other GMT's and sport watches.

Also, oyster has been on BLNR/Batman for 6 years first, so of course you will have the sheep that swear by it who have never tried on the jubilee Many of those who bought it on oyster when it wasn't available on jubilee and not having tried it on jubilee that say that oyster "is the way" are most likely just trying to justify their purchase - just a purchase confirmation bias that humans do to justify |

Generally speaking, I think I prefer the oyster bracelet. But if I was to get a GMT, I would opt for the jubilee bracelet for the variety as the watches I already have are with oyster bracelets. And unless I got a datejust which doesn’t really appeal to me, this is the only other watch that comes with a jubilee I believe.

Jubilee on BLNR/Batman adds so much more wrist presence to the watch, more fashionable and makes it unique. That’s why I highly recommend those who haven’t tried it out, to go try it on to then make an educated decision. It is way more comfortable and scratch resistant than the oyster pcl. |

was offered both configurations. Went with the jubilee. Every other sports model rolex comes on oyster. The BLNR/BLRO are the only ones that offer jubilee. Its a no brainer for me

I have the Batgirl and a very good friend of mine has the Batman, I will admit that the batman is more masculine but the jubilee is more comfortable. I have one Rolex, and the jubilee BLNR is the perfect one watch Rolex collection! Next is a sub or SD43, so that will be the oyster to compliment the jubilee!

Brushed oyster. Bought a Submariner bracelet and swapped on my Batman. Now perfect.

But I have heard that many who prefer PCL prefer it on jubilee and if one wants aftermarket then to try on brushed oyster. PCL oyster is a scratch magnet. I personally like to keep my watches stock from the factory and an oyster PCL or not just makes it feel like a sub and less special and cosmopolitan in my opinion |
