Description: 1968 Mk1 Matte Dial Pepsi GMT with correct “Long E” Mark 1 Dial. The 1675 GMT remains one of the most iconic references in the storied GMT lineup. The Mark 1 dial is characterized by the long middle prong of “E” in the “rolex” text. The insert on this watch has faded into a fuchsia color. These fuchsia inserts are known to belong on Mk1 GMT’s. There is no pitting on the insert but there is a bit heavier discoloration on the insert between the 12 and 3 towards the outer edge. The insert remains shiny and retains the vibrant fuchsia color
