Incoming with a song?

Ebony and ivory, live together in perfect harmony,
side-by-side in my watch winder, oh lord why can't we...

Sorry could not resist. I am a 2 watch person, so after about 10 months I decided to trade my Z blue Milgauss for a Explorer II polar 42mm. I wanted my second watch to be totally different than my 1985 Sub that I have been looking at for 35 years, so initially the Milgauss fit that bill. I just found it to be a bit to dressy for weekend wear and Explorer is easier to read the time at a glance. So having a Sub and a Explorer II white dial, you may say they are Polar opposites (I know dont quit my day job). Anyway I like the new watch a lot and the larger size (my wrist is a bit over 71/2) is really not noticeable unless you put it next to the sub. Very easy to read the time at any angle regardless of the light, and the Chromalight really stands out in the dark. I will be wearing with suit and tie as well as with shorts, jeans and tee shirt...

ebony and ivory...ebony and ivory..ebony and ivory

Great choice!

I dragged my feet for a bit but finally pulled the trigger about a year ago. Lots of fun for the warmer months and almost always makes the cut for vacation wear!

I was the same (since I had not seen one in person) and then I started to have second thoughts when it was delivered yesterday, but when I opened the green box, I was very pleased with the watch and how it looks on the wrist and knew I made the right choice..
