In need of Correction Tool to set Perpetual Calendar

I need to set my perpetual calendar and do not have the AP Correction Tool. Does anyone have a recommendation for a tool to use in place of this? Or better yet, does anyone know where I can source an AP Correction Tool? Thank you in advance.

Have you tried calling the US Service Center in Clearwater?

I use a wood toothpick on my PP, I'm sure you can do the same with no problem.

Won't a toothpick works?

I’m trying to figure out how you own an AP perpetual calendar without the correction tool If you call AP in Clearwater they should provide you one. You will most likely have to pay for it and they may ask for a photo of your watch and warranty card.

Had several watchmakers saying that a (wooden) toothpick works well before you desperately go with a screwdriver :)

Is it that hard to figure out, really? Perhaps you should think on it a little longer. It might just come to you. Maybe not, I guess it just depends...

Yes, I called Clearwater, and no, they did not have one which is why I posed the question here.

Thank you to all who recommended a toothpick. That worked perfectly. Have a great evening.

I mean no disrespect my man. It’s an amazing watch with a sizable price tag so I would have thought it would have come complete with the correction tool. Of course anything is possible. Enjoy your watch.

No worries. I purchased a Quantieme Perpetual at auction which did not come with a tool (link). I sent it to Clearwater for a service. When they returned it, they forgot to set the moon phase, so I just needed one for that (a toothpick worked perfectly though). I asked Clearwater for a tool, and they were noncommital. They did send a very nice travel case, ala link. Overall, I am very happy with AP and Clearwater, even with the moon phase oversight.
