I Got the Phone Call

The phone call came on Wednesday. BH RSC called to tell me that they were shipping out my watch So I should have it in a week's time. I can't wait. I feel like a little kid at Christmas

I have to say that I'm sorry that they are closing. The main reason is that it means the loss of jobs

Another reason is that I never in my life have experienced the quality of customer service and communication that I have with them. They are second to none in this department.

As far as the quality of work goes, I'm expecting the same, but we'll see what happens when it gets here.

On another note, there is a lady who has dealt with me from the beginning. She has been patient and kind. Never hesitant to answer any of my questions. She always has been kind and courteous and has called when she told me she would. Rolex loss of her employment due to the closing will be someone else's gain.

I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Matilda of RSC BH. She's the best Good luck to you Matilda

WTG Matilda I said that like Matschilda like Jean Reno's Leon because that is really the only way to pronounce that name.

Glad you're getting you watch back too.

Are you gonna meet me in the bus station and show me how good it shines?

RSC BH also has the best chocolates in their lobby. Their bottled water is not bad either.
