RSC laser weld lug dings?

Do they do this or when they polish do they just polish down the ding. I’d like to RSC to service my watch but I want my lug ding restored not just polished down

Send it to Michael at Rolliworks.

There are threads almost daily in “Rolex General Discussions” about RSC’s over polishing, send to LAWW, Rolliworks, Rik’s (?), etc.

Rolex owners believe that an RSC has enchanted elves from the mythical Never Never Land flown over on magic carpets to polish watches. It’s more than likely Barbara, that used to work at the local CBD store and given a few hours training.

You would need to specify that work - and it will cost extra - when you send it into RSC.

Some RSC’s might decline the work if they don’t have that skillset in their staff. I know Bas has shown some laser wedding he has done, but I have also read about other RSC declining it.
