eBay:16660 SD - is the Seller or Listing Genuine...?

Err buddies...Orchi has been watching this listing in the last few days...
Already there are a number of bids in the auction that would end in 3 days time.

The More Orchi reads it...n watching it...
the more difficult it becomes for Orchi to calculate...
the simple maths of adding up 2 + 2 ...

1st up...the eBay Seller - 717Republic....
has more or less ZERO Feedback in eBay history...
NEVER sold any watches before ...with a last eBay transaction in 2005...

2ndly...the Seller NEVER bought anything in eBay...ZERO...since 2004.

BUT in the mannerism how he describes "the Rolex 16660 SD watch"...
n his terms of auctions...is almost 100% impeccable...like an established
eBay Seller...with years of experience Selling Rolex watches...!

The English is almost PERFECT as well...for a NEWBIE Seller from Spain...

Because eBay has gotten bloated with policies that often contradict their own counsel (as posted in eBay's Website), I regret that I cannot offer here a protection for the buyer such as Escrow.com. There are so many Rolex fakes that I tried to offer the Escrow service in a previous listing, as a guarantee against online fraud, and it was cancelled.

So here we go again, with the DESCRIPTION,

this is an ORIGINAL, AUTHENTIC, TRADEMARKED,

ROLEX OYSTER PERPETUAL DATE SEA-DWELLER 4000ft 1220m

SUPERLATIVE CHRONOMETER OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED,

The RARE 16660 SD watch with Matte Dial...
seems to be in relatively good order as per the listing...
Even the pictures taken for posting in the listing...looks to be well done job.

Please help out here...as Orchi can't seem to add things up with this listing...
Do you think this Seller or the listing is genuine...?

Orchi,

I am with you on this one. He is answering all his questions very professional and to those that ask (seeking outside contact), he shuts down immediately. Further accepting to do a person to person exchange of funds/watch in Valencia, Spain.

It may be good after all...

Nice catch. The only way to end this one is to confirm that the photos are stolen and it looks like that at first glance.

I'd like to find a few more and see a pattern on the origin of these pics, we only have one identified and its fairly common to have at lease one in the mix.

Still searching :-)

Lets see if this one is re-listed.

I have a feeling it will be back, and I also have a feeling those pictures were discussed just as I joined early January, I can remember seeing the close up of the dial.

I'll see if I can back this up :-)

Cheers,

Dave.
