please help me identify

Please help me if you have any information regarding this watch .. the only case markings are "ULLMAN" in the workings of the watch in tiny print. There are also a .750 (ie 18k marking) and 2 different assayers stamps on the case. nothing else. the watch case has been acid tested at 18k its in full working order the band is an replacement becase the buckel isnt gold and looks cheap. any and all information is greatly apperciated. and thank you in advance.
