Pepsi/Batman Jubilee owners with rubber straps...

What rubber strap did you get and was there any problem with lugs holes/springbars fitting?

I’m thinking of adding a rubber strap for my 126710 BLNR

And if you can, please post some pics

I think I’ll have multiple strap/bracelet options for every watch I own except this one. Jubilee is just too comfortable and too essential to why BLNR was my number one target.

That said, Rubber B on my Tudor is great. Friend has a couple Everest straps for his Subs and those are great when I’ve looked at his as well.

This looks great. I never thought of switching out my jubilee band, but now this has me reconsidering.

I don't currently have one on any watch, but Rubber B is 100% the brand to go with. Quality and fit are top notch.

I have that BLNR also and the jubilee band just makes the watch. A rubber band cheapens the look. In this particular watch

Looks perfect StudioJ!

Did you use springbars from your Jubilee or did they provide additional springbars?

Your are 100% correct ... but, actually that is my intent. I want to make it a bit more "foolish" and not so blingy.

What prompted me to consider this is that I was thinking of picking up a new Omega Seamaster Diver 300M with rubber strap to be my "nice beater" watch. Then I thought, why spend $5,000 when I could get a nice rubber strap for my beloved BLNR to make it more versatile?

I've tried both the Everest and the RubberB on my BLRO....the RubberB is superior in just about every way to be honest. I have the black strap for the BLRO and it's a good change of pace if you're looking to tone down the bling factory but the jubilee is just so perfect. IMO the jubilee is actually more comfortable than any rubber strap you could put on so I put the bracelet back on pretty quickly.

i enjoy switching up strap and bracelet. it changes the look for the day or even just a few hours sometimes if youre as impulsive as i

if nothing else it affords you more opportunities and options to wear and enjoy your collection, its also a good skill to be able to do your own maintenance and with the bracelet off the watch head youll have an easier time giving the bracelet a nice deep clean

i think out of all the photos ive seen above that the rolex oysterflex looks the best and most "come from the factory that way" to my eyes, but its also probably the most costly and difficult to source option as well

have a great weekend all

Both Rubber B and Everest sell great rubber bands; think can’t go wrong with either brand

Sorry my bad, seemed to miss this one! Original springbars from the Jubilee - feels really robust and the strap is absurdly comfortable.

Put my WG Pepsi on a RubberB earlier. Looks pretty cool and it’s fun to change up the look a bit. Eventually put it back on the Oyster but might go back to rubber later or try another color. :)

Very nice Chris. Like you, I will always prefer original bracelet, but it will be nice to change up from time to time or when situation calls for it.

I would think this setup on your model would be a bit more top heavy vs SS case.
