Royal Oak 15450 Grey dial discount in UK AD?
I was calling a few dealers as to availability of a grey dial AP Royal Oak 15450 and on the third AD was told they have one coming in next week for display sale. Retail price is £18900 which I was advised there was no discount. I do have some purchase history with the AD having bought a Zenith from them earlier this year. So can any members advise if it is still possible to get discount on said watch? I read some forum posts from 2017 that people were getting 10-15% discounts so not sure about now.

I doubt an AD will give you a discount on any watch that's selling in the grey market for a large premium...

AD will not give any discount on any RO. My friend recently purchased full gold with diamond bezel 37mm RO and their AD, which they have established relationship with, said there is no chance they can discount any AP piece they sell.

Few things are certain in life...but paying full MSRP on a 15450 (or, any RO for that matter) is one of them.

You should count yourself lucky if they are actually willing to sell it to you at all.

Out of interest is the AD you’re referring to Owen & Robinson? If it is, they are a fantastic AD so I wouldn’t let no discount put you off. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

If you've small-medium sized wrists (upto 6.50 inches), then for sure not at all, as the chunky case and integrated bracelet make it wear more like a 40mm Rolex.
The more posts and listings I see for this model, the better I feel at having got this at MSRP earlier this year as my first ever AP purchase from the AD...having been on the waitlist for exactly 1 day |

Near impossibility on the discount.
Here is the 15450, 7 inch wrist. I think it wears like a 39mm Rolex given the integrated bracelet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Looks fab Stevie. Thanks.
I visited the AD this morning.... The bracelet was pinching my wrist which is sad... my wrist size must be bigger than I thought. Not quite sure what to do.... Wondering whether I need the 41 mm. |
