FS: 1965 Omega Speedmaster ref 105.003-63 Chocolate Dial & Blue Insert w/ Extract
Hi All,
I’m selling a 1965 Omega Speedmaster ref 105.003-63 with a chocolate dial and a blue insert, here are the details: Dial: Very good condition matte black that aged to a dark chocolate hue. The tritium hour makers and hands have aged to a creamy yellow color. When exposed to UV light they glow brightly then drop off quickly. The dial has a mottled appearance due to an even bubbling of the paint. Case: Excellent condition 39mm stainless steel case with thick lugs. The inside of the case back is signed 105.003-63. The DON bezel insert is in very good condition and has aged to a navy blue color when viewed under certain types of light. It shows moderate wear. The reference 7912 bracelet with #6 end links is in excellent condition showing light wear and will fit up to a 7.25 inch wrist. The clasp is dated "4 63". Movement: Freshly serviced Omega calibre 321 movement with serial 20,526,5XX in excellent operating condition keeping good time. This serial number is in the correct range for a 105.003-63 per MWO. Other: The watch comes with an Omega extract of the archives showing delivery to France in January of 1965 as a well as a service warranty from The Independent Watch Service Center in San Francisco. The Deal: My price is $17,950 with overnight shipping from Fedex and third-party insurance from IFS Inforsure. Reasonable offers and trades are always welcome. I will accept payment via wire transfer or PayPal +3% with buyer references. You get a 3 day inspection period and may return the watch for any reason. You'll receive a full refund minus all shipping, insurance, packaging and other costs associated with the purchase and return of the watch. My name is Michael and I can be reached at 415.323.3938, via email at [email protected] or on Instagram @sectordial. Face to face transactions may be possible in Los Angeles by appointment. I am an IWJG member in good standing. Happy to provide references as needed. |
