My Son is recovering from surgery...

and we are builging a fort...

We could use any ideas for buidling a fort. With permission - from the boss of the house we have taken 4 dinning room chairs - multiple blankets and a bit of fishinig line... The fort is nice - my son even slept in it last night. It is defended by a battery of nerf defenses and other secret technologies.

You would think that both of us are 12

Do any of you have any ideas or have had similar fun? We are doing this indoors as my son is recovering from surgery in his right ear. Nothing helps a young many heal like hanging out in a fort.

thank you very much for your help. what i mostly need for my fort is defensive structures, so help me fight any possible enemies!
