Right. But photo would be more useful if sat more flush on wrist.

Can you show a photo of you wearing just the chrono? I think that one would be better for your wrist size but it’s difficult to tell with both watches together on your wrist.

I really wish the bezel on the 15500 was a tad bit thicker. I think you can pull off either one but the 38 looks better

Thanks for posting. Have been deeply considering these references (if I can actually find them at a boutique). I was leaning towards the 41, but now that I see the 38m....

38 chrono... or even better the 15202 jumbo.
The new 15500 proportionally looks off especially without the text above 6-clock to balance the dial or a thicker bezel to balance the dial to case proportion (but this is just me). |

The 38mm is great on you! I picked up my ruthenium ROC 38mm the other day and love it. The thinner bracelet is what gave me pause initially, but it isn’t a negative issue really. In comparison, the 41 does look big on the wrist...not too big for you, but still takes a lot of real estate. The 39mm pieces are just right.
Enjoy them all in good health. |

This. For my wrist (7") nothing will ever approach the 15300/15202/26300 for perfection. The case size and bracelet width are perfect.
The 41 is just too big (for me), and the 38 while a lovely case, gives me pause with the bracelet (and I own one). The older 39s were perfect for me, and most wrists I'd imagine.

38 I’m looking at your lighter as much as the watches. I quit cold turkey, but now and then temptation does arise.

I would say it depends on your collection.
If you just have 1 watch, I would go for the 38 or even 37 as for your wrist size it would be appropriate for pretty much all occasions. If you have a larger collection including some dress watches or others that look good with a shirt cuff, then go for the 41 as a more casual/sporty piece. For smaller wrists I believe the 41mm is too big and too bold for wear with a dress shirt or more formal. |
