I myself have set strict rules for when I can buy new watches, not a matter of cost, but rather to coincide with certain events/accomplishments. This way, each one is carefully curated and to prevent collection clutter.

I also agree with Logo above... you’ve gotten a lot of watches in a short time. Slow down and enjoy what you have. I feel like another Rolex is just another Rolex for you at this point.

Slowing down has given me some perspective, and helps ensure changes are purposeful. To each their own though, I certainly have some envy of collections like yours regardless.
Very wise advice!
I am constantly on the fence - one day I am content and slowing down, the next day I am thinking about the next piece.
Visiting TRF several times a day certainly does not help in that sense.

Few years back I used to think that buying a Rolex is a monumental achievement, but it does not seem like that these days.

From the beginning of last year, my SA told me that she won't be able to get me any Daytona within a year but last March the owner surprised me, he gave me the chance to get SS Daytona and in December gave me another chance to get YG green dial Daytona. I think I am very lucky with Rolex.

Hope you can get all your timepieces from your AD at msrp. Your collection is awesome too.
I have seen and tried the white dial SS at a grey dealer only. It is indeed a special watch. The YG green dial is destined to be a classic one day.

I had to go to three different ADs in three different countries to get my watches. And if I call them tomorrow and ask them for a Daytona, they will all tell me NO.

You have surely found the right AD and the right strategy to build upon.

This recommendation is probably too non-Rolex for most - but here is my suggestion:

Keep the DJ41 and just one of your professional models (I would keep the sub no date), and sell everything else.

Buy an Omega Speedmaster of your choice and a Lange 1 of your choice.

Enjoy your perfect 4 watch collection.

Since you don't have a chronograph, I'd suggest one of the Everose Daytona models on the Oysterflex bracelet, or branch out into an AP Royal Oak chrono. A Cellini Moonphase would be a cool addition to what you have now and keeping within the Rolex family theme you have. You could go a little cheaper and acquire a few of the Tudors that mirror your Rolex counterparts but far more tool watches. A Speedmaster Professional is a must-have in any collection too, and the newest version is a monumental step in that watch's evolution.
