But damn, three years. That's absurd. That means it's 10 years for the black ceramic, 15 years for the white certamic, and 20 years for the Black ceramic openworked.

I agree.

Still contend that it shouldn't be "late" for a proper and validated collector.

Stop making watches no one wants. Free up capacity for those people do. Even if they doubled supply, it'd still be scarce enough to maintain the mystique surrounding it. (Provided they make sure it gets into the hands of collectors, and not greys.)
