Question on AP Serial Numbering. “T” Series?
Hi Guys,
I am in the verge of getting my new AP from a grey dealer and hence am trying to do as much research as possible. My question is specifically on AP’s Watch Serial Numbering methodology. The well-accepted guideline is the lettering started with A series in 1972 and currently we are in the J & K series in 2020. Source - https://millenarywatches.com/audemar...erial-numbers/ Now I saw an unboxing video here - https://youtu.be/KRdvE6bV3i8 And the serial number clearly shows TX0518L So Question - How come we are in T Series? Is this a fake? Or a special model that doesn’t follow usual nomenclature? |
