Advice needed! Looking to buy a lapis dial lady dayjust watch

Hi all,

I am new here. I really like the look of blue stone dial. I recently found two lapis watches I want to purchase. They are very similar. Here are the images of those two watches. Watch A is from 1995 and according to seller it is original dial. Watch B is from 1983 and not sure about the dial.

Could you take a look and let me know:
1. Are those two both real?
2. Which one looks in better condition?
3. Is this price overrated since they both are marked as 14K USD.
