Brush fire season has started - Vintage OP DJ 1500 along for the ride!
My late 60's OP Datejust 1500 is a workhorse and found itself on the wrist today during a brush fire which turned into a barn/structure fire. These watches continue to validate that these are a working man's tool and are designed as such - and I have no problem wearing any of my Rolex watches through any aspect of daily living and adventures.
Other than getting a little crusty during overhaul/salvage (a little cleaning with soft toothbrush took care of bringing it back to its luster), it'll live to go on another adventure. |
