Incoming!!! My latest... IWC

OK
My latest purchase.
I am buying this for my Trek in Nepal this fall.

I was going to wait a bit but couldn't pass up the deal I got
I also didn't like the new Aquatimer lineup as much.

Even though we all know how I feel about chronos it will be nice to have
for a Trek and to me it doesn't look too busy. I also really like the inner bezel on it.

Ok !! So you've got your Nepal warrior at last !!!

Great acquisition !!! I remember you intend to keep this watch as a memory for your trip.
Wise decision indeed, this old AT line is getting a lot of attention and interest among IWC lovers as the new line is a bit disappointing for many like you actually pointed. Not for me tho,I've just oredered their funny rubberized Galapagos edition !!

Enjoy the watch and have a safe trip !! Nepal is beautiful...my parents took me there when I was 13...lots of memories of a rough and extreme trip. That's why I only pick 5 stars hotels now, while my parents, both in their mid 60ies,still travel the world backpacking.

Well it is planned to be my Nepal watch BUT
Nepal is still about 6 mths away so who knows what can happen.

I am selling 4 pieces and a bunch of accessories soon and with that I will
fund 2-4 pieces I really want and unless I do and more flipping that will be
it for the year... Who knows, anyone of those could become the Nepal Trekker
but the IWC fits the bill the best so far. The only shortcoming on it is that I
wanted to wear a NATO as they are so light, comfortable, and really protect
you from losing your watch and thats not an option on the IWC but oh well...

I LOVE the IWC AT line... - The existing one, I'm on the fence with the new line. Anyhow, great watch you picked up there, and Bon Voyage

While I flipped my last IWC, I always really liked the the brand. I love the AT and have ran away fromm buying the vintage model more than once.

Congrats. That's a GOOD looking watch.
