Anyone know the reference number of this piece?
Sorry for the low picture quality but does anyone recognise what this is or if it's even something Rolex made? I've never seen it before. TIA |

That is a custom aftermarket Arabic dial in a datejust ref 16233 - you can tell because the date wheel doesnt appear to be in Arabic. Factory Arabic dials on the day dates are all in Arabic. I don’t recall Rolex producing Arabic dials on datejusts. Only full precious metal day date for customers in the Gulf states.

Rolex makes different dials for various market groups, and some of them are not common.
We seldom see the 26 different date/language fonts that are available for the Day Date, for example. We also seldom see the Arabic-Indic dials that are available for several different models in parts of the world.

Looks a little like this DJ41 which was being sold recently by a German dealer. Not sure if it’s an aftermarket dial though.
