Different dial color does make it enough of a different watch
I’m with you.

The Daytona is probably the 2 watches that I wouldn’t sell in my collection together with my first Rolex. The occasion that I got the watch for and the fact that the watch has the old style warranty card with my name on it makes it almost impossible to replace these days.

Maybe do the opposite, swap the black SKd for the blue dial, maybe add some $ if you have to.

Both unique watches, but I am biased towards the Daytona as a small wristed fellow.
This is the right answer imho

I have recently owned all three SS Sky-Dwellers, Blue/Black/White, at the same time and I am a huge fan. I also had the YG Sky-Dweller with the white dial at the same time. I only have the white dial SS model left in the collection. I found that the white dial works best for me but I do miss the black dial as an option. The blue dial was cool but it only was cool to me as I got more complements and interaction from non-WIS on the black and white dial. The blue in some light conditions look black and for the money I moved on. I also recently had the SS Black and white models of the Daytona-C's. Cool watches that have a lot of hype but once I owned them for a minute they were just ok. Don't get me wrong it is fun to own sought after watches but in the end I get the been there done that and move on. I would buy the white dial SS Sky-Dweller and keep the black dial. Keep your Daytona-C unless you are ready to cash out and go on with it. Just my thoughts.

SkyD is where you heart is. Sell Daytona or both for the SkyD with blue dial

This.

Appreciate all the advice everyone. Exactly what I was looking for.

Just for the record I would never get rid of the Black dial SkyD. I'm not wishing I had the Blue instead.

This is about I love the SkyD so much I want more and more of them. And maybe to a lesser degree not as much as the DaytonaC so the thought was/is use that to get my fix lol

But all of you and the wife are right. Losing the C for the SkyD might be to much to bare but man oh man I do want another SkyD. Preferably the Blue over White thus the trade idea.
