The one on top is too blingy for my taste. That fancy satin brushed finish and the flashy numbers on the bezel just ruin it for me. Also the use of the hyphen in Sea Dweller makes the dial too busy and just screams "ROLEX!" Also, the depth rating is just not up to today's higher standard for the serious deep sea diver.

In contrast, the bottom one has just the right balanced look midway between that of a brand new quality tool watch and a piece of overused rugged hardware kept outside in the yard. Except for its small size, a no-no for real men in the modern tool watch fashion world, it's perfect.
