What do I think of the brand? I love the brand, 100% fan boy.
I did not have the greatest AD experience at first. I started frequenting my AD over 3 years ago on watch shopping trips. I am sure they get dozens of people every day asking them for the same hot Rolex models that I did. It really must get old for them! But they were kind and explained how things worked for developing a sales history and relationship with their store. I did some more reading and understood how things are these days for ADs and I can't say that I blame them for managing their clients tightly. I got to know one SA and she got to know me by name. She knows I'm not a flipper, I'm a true watch nut, and she knows I'm not buying jewelry or Tag Heuer! Now I have an excellent relationship with my AD and love them. Great communication and my SA is genuinely doing their best to get me the watch that I want. But it seems like I am still limited to one watch maybe per year. 2019 was the Explorer, 2020 was the Sub, and 2021 was the Explorer II, so I am NOT complaining. 2022 will hopefully be the BLNR. |

The one thing Rolex has always done best is marketing.
