Replacement white-painted hands needed for a blue Buckley 16030

Brought my blue Buckley 16030 in to the AD for service. Was told the white-painted hands need to be replaced, the luminous material is coming off and getting into the movement. However, Rolex cannot provide an identical set, I may have to settle for white gold. I would much rather have the original look of the hands painted flat white to match the white numerals on that beautiful deep blue dial. Any recommendations of where I could source a new or NOS set, or find someone to refinish the original ones for me? Thanks.

The hands are almost certainly white gold underneath. So, if you need new hands, you could always have them painted white. There are a couple of places that come up on here frequently that are known for vintage restorations.
