I'd say using the right tool is more important than a different video.
Are you using the best tool for the job? A Bergeon 6767F is very cost effective, or a 7825 if you fancy spending a bit more, or a 6825 if you want to spend even more. The last two make bracelet/strap removal a breeze as they compress both ends of the spring bar at the same time. |

Patience and practice! Having magnifying glasses helps find the correct placement of the tool. Also removing a screw from the bracelet and opening it up also helps.

Buy one of the tweezer style tools. It will save you so much hassle and many opportunities for scratches.

With Rolex bracelets, the tolerances are so tight its hard to just use a regular springbar tool. Take a look at springbar pliers.I have been using this for years and it works great: https://www.amazon.com/Spring-Durabl...s%2C288&sr=8-2
You can spend more on a Bergeon, but for someone like me who removes the bracelet a few times a year, i didn't see the value myself. If I had a collection or worked on watches in any capacity, I would probably spring for the Bergeon.
