Watch looks fake to me as well. The crown in the clasp looks way off, and that dial crown looks way off. The mag on the crystal looks oversized and off-center. I'm calling this a fake all the way around. Even the crown looks oversized.

with all respect and sincerity, i believe the watch head is ALMOST correct. a aftermarket crystal and a set of the wrong color hands? the box is WAY wrong and the watch has be rebanded (to tight). it is just opinion. cheer and have fun trading!

I don't believe the band is original to the watch but the head does look accurate. Here is one in stainless steel:

I've been looking at the ladies DJ's and that style aftermarket band is on a lot of them. Obviously, the reputable sellers call that out. I don't know about the head.

...okay...
...the 6517 is a ladies watch, as you all probably realize. The 6517 is vintage.
...the band pictured with the watch appears to be a 78243, screw link band, which is the newer version that probably replaced an older, worn out, 7834 oyster band. ...watch looks correct. Stan. |
