Status Of My Collection - I Need To Thin The Herd

So, here's where I am. I've bought way too many watches and need to reduce. I know which ones I would like to sell, but just don't think I'm at the point of wanting to go through the work to photograph, list and try to sell the ones that I don't love anymore. So, I'll probably hold on to them to give to my nephews or something over time.

I have two more watches coming in the next month and then I'm done for a long time.

I would keep the 3 Rolex, Blue dial Omega, and the white dial, black leather strap Omega. The rest, sell.

Awesome collection. Is there a poker chip propping one of them up? :D

LOL - it's a faux poker chip from the Breguet boutique in Las Vegas

Thank you! I've actually added five more watches since I took this picture! I've really got to start clearing some of them out.

Amazing... that's a lot of watches! Which ones do you plan to get rid of?

I'd like to move the Breguet, the Breitling, the Cartier Pasha, both of the FCs, the black dial JLC, Omega Constellation, Omega DeVille, Tag, and Tudor.

Sounds about right to me - though you’ll still have some lucky nephews!

I like it, but it doesn't get much wrist time because i really prefer watches on bracelets to straps. I plan on listing it for sale in the next month or so.

You don't need to thin the herd, you just need to add another watchbox!!!!

I wish it was more acceptable to wear 2 watches at once. Low wrist time is a beautiful collection killer

nice collection. i would just list the bottom 8 (not literally) on your list.
you'll get momentum and get your collection down to half before you know it.
it feels better having less i guarantee you. i had about 25 myself and thinned down to 12, and am trying to get to 6 now.
