Perhaps the OP is referring to the marking on the case versus the "LV" which follows the model number on the paperwork. Box and papers changed 2005 from the holgraphic paper to a card. "D" serial is supposed to be production year 2005 so should have a card.
Here is a Case marking and paperwork example and card example and you will see the case reads 16610 T but the paper or card reads 16610 LV. The second part of your question, there were four different dials, and four different bezels believed to have been on the "D" serial watch.
