Speaking for myself not a fan of the modern day Daytona or any precious metal watches.

Meteorite?

Then open it up to SS and put it on a Speidel twist-o-flex

For the meteorite, or any WG Daytona in general, I’d go oysterflex. I prefer the ceramic bezel

It would depend on how they each felt on my wrist. Personally I like my 116520 in stainless steel

Love the way this looks and with the meteorite dial, possibly even better. So this combo. The balance is excellent

As I’ve got this, I shall be skipping the meteorite version

Agreed I don't mind precious metal dress watches, day dates, etc. but I prefer Professional Rolex watches and tool watches amongst other brands in stainless. Always have, hype aside.

You really have to try them on. I like the 116519LN. The OF is very comfortable and adds some variety, but I don’t think I would want it to be my only PM watch.

WG OF is more balanced visually. Grey, slate and matte black of the OF play very well. I don’t think OF goes nicely with RG. It was more made for WG.

going against the grain and say full white gold, love how ' undercover ' it looks. and timeless, unlike rubber bands...
