Hello friends,

Which piece would you prefer ?
I have actually a AP 15500 rose gold in the safe.... but i only wear it 5 times a year... ( because I don’t like ugly scratches on the bezel)
I am thinking to change it into a
Rolex 228206 with baguettes or
Rolex 126655 pave dial....

What would you do?

You should have both AP 15500OR with RG bracelet and one of Rolex Day-Date.

AP 15500OR is one of the most gorgeous timepiece.

I have 15500OR and RG Day-Date Olive dial and love both of them so much. I might add Plat. Day-Date later.

100%. If you are still concerned about scratches on the bezel, when it’s time for a routine service the factory service agency will make it as new. Just enjoy your fine watch.

I can’t get excited with AP. I have tried a lot. I would go Rolex but at this price point it has to be on a bracelet but that’s me. My biggest concern for you is if you are a AP enthusiast, would you miss it? The AP design is so unique. In Rolex world a PM GMT would offer a lot more durability from scratches with its ceramic bezel if that is what you are concerned about. Any PM Rolex without a ceramic bezel will concern you just as much as the AP with scratches. This is where a platinum Daytona with baguettes is the ultimate PM alpha watch.

Maybe you should also know, that I have a Daytona in Pt and a Steel Skeleton AP as well in my small collection…
Need I another AP or is it better to have mir difference…??
