FS: ROLEX EXPLORER II, BLACK, Y-Series
Thought I had a sale over the weekend, but the deal fell through, so I'm re-listing ... Selling my beloved Rolex Explorer II, black dial, late Y-serial number, with no holes case. Excellent condition, but with a couple of minor scuffs/nicks on the bracelet/case from normal use, but nothing bad. One small nick on bezel between 2-4. (See photos). The watch has never been polished, and would look brand new with a polish. I’m only selling because it no longer gets enough wrist time. I bought the watch new from an authorized Rolex dealer (Tourneau NYC) in December ‘03, so it comes with all boxes, papers, manuals, certificate, tag, extra link, etc … Serviced once by Rolex headquarters in NYC, in October ’06, because it was running slightly fast. Now it is within 2 seconds a day. Asking $2,800. PayPal OK, and I’ll even split the 3 percent fee. Buyer to pay shipping, and I much prefer U.S. deal. Watch is located in NYC. I’ve sold many high-end watches on forums and Ebay as swish77. Please check my perfect feedback. Plenty of references available. Thanks. (Send me PM or email [email protected])

I had a couple requests for more photos of the back/side of watch, so here they are. Also, I had a couple members asking whether I'd be interested in trades, but sorry, I am not. Thanks.

Several emails and PMs have asked about the nick on the bezel and for photos showing the area better. It's virtually invisible to the naked eye, and I had trouble capturing it in photos, but here is another photo showing a close-up of the area. Again, the watch is in excellent condition, but I'm pointing this out only because I'm super picky. But really, it's barely noticeable.
