I hope the treatment and rehab works. All the best for you and your family...it only can get better and I hope it will. My thoughts are with you!

So sorry to hear this, Dan. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of you over there. Rocky sounds like a GREAT friend and it breaks my heart to read your story.

Thanks guys, we really appreciate the support from everyone! As for Rocky, it's allready been decided that if things go south my boy is getting the biggest steak money can buy followed up with some ice cream. He is fighting and holding strong now, but whether it be next month, next year, or 10 years from now...he will be going out in a blaze of glory for sure!

Sorry to hear this and I hope it all works out. One of the toughest aspects of these situations is determining when to say when and making it about what is better for him and not necessarily what is better for ourselves. Good luck to you both!

I didn't even want to click on this

When I was small, we had a boxer named Rocky. My parents never told me, but one night I just knew he was nearing the end. I went outside with him and we talked all night (or I talked, he laid there and listened). I must have been about 9 years old. I'm tearing up just thinking about it, but it's one of the best memories I have from my childhood.

I'm wishing the best for your Rocky. Give him a hug for me
