oysterquartz service
Hello all!
I was hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction of servicing my oysterquartz. I have a beautiful 5 mill serial 17013 which I love(first luxury watch/first rolex) that I left without a battery for a year or so and upon replacing it doesn't operate the way it should. It keeps perfect time if it's not on my wrist, but if I wear it it will lose time quickly. I really don't know much about servicing these and was hoping I could find someone to not destroy it. |

NYC is a good 2 hours west of me and I don't currently have a pre existing relationship with an AD. My local option is london jewelers, is there a major benefit of going into NYC? |

If you go directly to the RSC, you are the customer and you receive the estimate of work, that you approve before work is done. They will ship it back to you so you won't make two trips.

You can mail/ship your Rolex to the RSC of your choice. Call and they will give you instructions and a label.
